About us
David & Delphine share a common ground on moving forward through the challenges of life. That is showcased in the Shadow to the Light experience that they have created.
David is a proud father of two girls, a devoted partner to Delphine, and every day strives to excel as a holistic coach who will continue working and fine-tuning his modality for the challenges of others.
Delphine is at the moment the alienated mom of her two beautiful sons. She has moved from Bordeaux to the Dordogne in 2023 and shares her time between writing fiction, providing consulting work, preparing the Shadow to the Light Centre to accommodate groups and workshops, and hiking.
At the Shadow to the light experience, we promise to always uphold our code of Ethics, working in a space that encourages nothing but transparency.

2004
Learning the structure of coaching sessions within the English Football Association. Module focused on adolescents.
Psychotherapy diploma
from 2018 to 2020
Advanced psychotherapy studies provided by the International Careers Institute. Training in counselling and traditional therapy work (person-centered therapy).
Shadow mastery diploma
2021
Shadow mastery course provided by the Centre of Excellence, during which David was introduced to the concept of parts. The Centre of Excellence is the leading CPD accreditation organisation in the UK.
Child psychology advanced diploma
2022
Level 5 diploma delivered by Oxford Home Study College, on the understanding of the workings of the young mind at an impressionable age, and of the attachment styles.
Holistic life coach and mind-body practitioner
2024
Intensive and practical training which provides an in-depth understanding of the mind-body loop, creating our perceptions in our environment. It brings the multiplicity of David's trainings together in an eclectic vision which feeds and completes David's modality.
Writings
Delphine loves writing. It is a pouring of one's true Self, at a given moment, about the vicissitudes of life and the complexity of the human experience, into the collective well of knowledge. It is an act of sharing.
Writing, and journalling, give us a way to organise, inspect, or capture our thoughts and emotions.

Charline, a rebellious 18-year old in the mid-80s in France, leaves home after a fight with her mother, which leads her to uncover a well-hidden family secret.
What was it like to live in a society that deprived women of the right to chose when they would become pregnant? This novel is dedicated to all those who survived the opacity and shame of illegal abortions, but did not have the right to express their anguish and suffering. It is a tribute to their courage. It is an act of remembrance.
