Understanding your parts
Discover how four essential aspects of yourself work together.

A modality which can help in any way you need
We function based on an operating system composed of four main parts, an outcast, a supervisor, a troubleshooter, and source. By understanding these parts can shift between stable and unstable,
we gain access to deeper knowledge of self and have the potential for transformation. This allows us to understand that each part plays a role to help us navigate life.
The outcast.
The outcast is our hidden gems buried beneath the rubbles of other people's opinions, creating a default setting. It has crystallised into a sub-personality which is pushed aside, into the dark places of the subconscious. Examples would be people-pleasing or dependency on others.
The supervisor.
As a result, an internal security guard develops in order to supervise the adaptation from the outcast. It is the sub-personality that is constantly with you all day, scanning, assessing, projecting... in other words, it helps you function in every moment of your life.
The troubleshooter.
In the hour of need, the troubleshooter will take control. It is called upon when everything else has failed and is acting out with extreme measures in the face of challenges, all with the intention to protect.
Source.
Source is what unites everything, in non-judgement. It is the moral compass of the soul. It pulls us in alignment with kindness, with Truth, and beyond limiting beliefs.
